Cancellation and Refund Policy
By registering for the Convention, you agree to the cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:
- Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Convention Secretariat
- Cancellations received before 1 August 2009 will incur a $150 cancellation fee
- Cancellations received between 2 August 2009 and 5 October 2009 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee
- Cancellations received after 5 October 2009 will not be eligible for a refund
Substitution of delegates can occur at any time at no additional cost
Privacy
The collection of your details is primarily for the purpose of registering you for the Convention. The information provided will be held on the ADA NSW database and may be used for future marketing of ADA NSW and CPD events, and may also be provided to the sponsor/s of the Convention. If you do not wish to have you details to be made available to these external parties, we ask that you notify us by a written request to the ADA NSW Convention 09 Secretariat.

By registering for the Convention, the delegate takes sole responsibility for the use of any information provided in the program. ADA NSW reserves the right to alter the program details as circumstances require.
Payments
Delegate places are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment by installment can be arranged on request. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque, money order or bank cheque.
Dietary requests
The organisers will endeavour to accommodate special dietary requests, please request at the time of booking. In some cases, special dietary requests may incur an extra charge.
